Happiest Moment

     MANY things happened last year.  Some of them good and some of them bad.  Mostly bad.  Anyway (not tryin' to be sad), the best thing that happened to me last year was probably realizing how good I was at photography.  Over the summer, I was asked to be a photographer for a wedding.  I was super nervous.  I never thought I was good enough.  The wedding went smoothly and I managed to snap some amazing pictures.  I was very proud of myself.  It made me realize that I am a good photographer.  Like, I'm actually good at something.

Music Anybody?

     Hey everybody! I loooovveee music! It is such a big of my life! My favorite song is Rivers and Roads by The Head and the Heart.  I LOVE The Head and the Heart!  My favorite genre is Indie Folk Revival.  My favorite band outside of the USA is The Milk.  They are from England.  I actually know the guitarist in the band.  My favorite song by them is Picking up the Pieces.  Music has such a deep meaning to it.  I think it is an escape into a different word.

Life Goals!

     I have many life goals.  I want to go to a four year university and study to become a genetic counselor.  A genetic counselor will help people with genetic diseases get though it and help parents if they want to have children but the child has a risk of a genetic disease.  I always want to become a better photographer.  I love photography and I can't wait to see what I can do with a camera.  Below is some of my photography.

Books

I've read so many books!  From romance to mystery.  My favorite author is James Patterson.  He's written so many amazing books.  My favorite is Maximum Ride.  He has such an amazing eye for detail and is amazing at writing complicated scenes.  I've read two of her book series, Maximum Ride and Witch and Wizard.  Maximum Ride is about genetically engineered teenagers.  They have 2% of bird genes in them so they have huge wings.  It sounds so weird and I didn't want to read it at first but it is such an amazing book series.  James Patterson is truly amazing.  I would recommend these books to anybody.

Holidays :D

Hello!  I'm Emma, as you may know.  My favorite holiday is Christmas.  The whole winter season is amazing.  As a Christian, Christmas has deep meaning to me.  Every year our church has this big Christmas service and this year I might be acting in a skit!  I have no idea what it is about yet.  My friend said it is meaningful and funny.  I just decorated my tree!  It's very small.  I made all the ornaments for it.  Each year somebody in my family decorates the tree.  This year is my year!  I love to give people presents.  Giving is an amazing feeling and I love to see the excitement on peoples faces when they open their presents.  I also love holiday music.  I was playing Christmas music in class one day and everyone loved it!  These are some reasons I love Christmas.
